Hi Tenno, if you are experiencing full on crashes from trying to play Railjack on iPhone 13, please help us investigate by saving & sending your error logs! I am sending instructions on how you can do this. Ideally, download logs shortly after recovering from a recent crash.

iOS Specific Notes:

• Simplified & shortened the pop-up text on the launcher during initial installation. The text now reads “Download the full game to reduce loading times?” 
  • Selecting “Yes” continues downloading the entire Warframe experience, while selecting “No” allows you to begin playing the Awakening Quest.

Thank you for sharing device info. Can you provide more info on what you mean by "enter the game and flash back directly" ? 

Ideally, you can send error logs to our team so that we can better investigate. Even if you can't get into the game proper, you can tap the very centre top of the screen (even on the launcher) to download error logs. Here's more info on how to collect & send logs:

We are seeking a little bit of clarification. Can you not shoot whatsoever while moving? Or are you referring to auto fire? 

On our end, we are able to shoot and move, though Drifter and Operator do not currently have auto fire features.

Keep in mind the Helmnith System is not unlocked until you receive the Helminth Segment from Son in the Necralisk (Deimos)

Also, did you try logging in with Apple ID password instead of just face / touch ID? There may be something strange happening with the face / touch login.

Hi Tenno, can we get a little bit more information about this? In particular, sending  us your game logs after receiving a 'login error' message could be of great use to us. You can actually save & send logs from the launcher screen even without logging into your account. I am including instructions on how to do so here:
